I contacted In & Out Property Maintenance as we needed a few jobs done in the house and would need more done further down the line. I was very pleased to find Chris King, who was very friendly, honest, reliable and professional. He did a brilliant job replacing and painting balustrades and banister, and fixing various windows, guttering and taps. He stayed in regular contact throughout and was always punctual and tidy. We will definitely be using him for future jobs and would highly recommend to others.
